A barrel of oil drops over two thirds from its peak and gas doesn't even drop to one half of its peak. Now that oil goes up a bit, gas spikes up. Just typical oil company gouging.

Where are our local C0-0Ps? They should be leading the way with lower fuel prices instead of being leaders raising prices. I purchase all gas at discount pumps as a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush. The C0-0P promises dividends which is an unknown amount. WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF BY THE OIL COMPANIES AGAIN.
True enough, I thought a co op was for the people. I supposed it's simply for pure profit in this day and age. I buy every litre (about 3,000 per year) at Superstores' because at least they give me a 5¢/l coupon to use in any of their stores. It's $150 over the year and more than any point system the competetors offer.
Co-op gas stations in Moose Jaw return between 8 and 10 cents/litre to members. A percentage of everything purchased (gas at gas stations, groceries in Co-op store, etc.) is returned to members by way of an annual dividend cheque. And unlike Superstore, the friendly staff pump our gas--rain or shine or -40*!
Ya paying helpless kids min wage to pump gas in -50 with wind (yes we all saw those poor kids on supper news last week) is awful. Pump your own damn gas, we don't live in China with child labour.

I was in Calgary over the holidays, where I was able to find gas for 64.9. Come back to Saskatchewan and when you cross the border it jumps 10 cents. Not only are the gas companies gouging us, but even Sask gas stations are as well.

The difference mostly AB vs SK fuel tax
The Fuel Tax per litre in SK is 15¢. Alberta's is 9¢ per litre, so there's 6¢ of your 10 difference you see every day of the year.
